Mute Roaster
Established in 2018, Mute Roaster sources distinctive coffee beans worldwide and shares the “terroir” with coffee lovers. Coffee should be a thoughtful and dynamic experience for everyone. We roast to preserve coffee’s unique aromas, making things simple for people to extract delicate flavors without fancy techniques.
We brew various specialty coffee at two stores, Fung Lau Se and Koki Koffee, at the Macau World Heritage spot Lilau Square and support the local coffee community with fresh and quality beans.
