We are proud to be featuring a coffee from Taiwan's Cup of Excellence. This Honey processed SL34 placed 19th place in Taiwan's Cup of Excellence competition and is from Amber Coffee Estate. We're roasting this coffee under Desolate Coffee's roast profile which emphasizes structured acidity with a silky sweet mouthfeel and aftertaste. In the cup, we find a nice tropical fruit acidity and nice balanced sweetness with a maple syrup and honey. This coffee is also nice and juicy!
Coffee comes in a 4 oz size and will ship in Desolate Coffee's Packaging.

Taiwan coffee is exponentially improving every year and we are very happy to have picked this coffee up for this release. The yields are incredibly low from Taiwan making green coffee very rare.
