Introducing the third release and our first gesha from our ultra-rare series of Taiwan coffees! This natural gesha is roasted under Mojo's roast profile which emphasizes balanced acidity and sweetness. In the cup, we find a nice yellow fruit acidity (think mango!), lychee, and nice maple syrup and black tea in the finish. This coffee is also nice and juicy! If you've never tasted a Taiwan gesha we would recommend you try this out. Coffee comes in a 4 oz size.
Taiwan coffee is exponentially improving every year and we are very happy to have picked this coffee up for this release. The yields are incredibly low from Taiwan making green coffee very rare.
