[ULTRA RARE] Taiwan SL34 Honey Kuika Farm [Desolate Profile]

Introducing the second release from our ultra-rare series of Taiwan coffees! This is an SL34 Yellow Honey that is vibrant and sweet. We're roasting this under Desolate Coffee's roast profile which emphasizes crisp acidity and nice silky sweetness for this coffee. In the cup, we find a nice structured tangerine acidity, asian pear sweetness, and nice herbals in the finish. Coffee will come in Desolate Coffee's packaging in a 4 oz size.

This SL34 is roasted under Desolate Coffee's profile and has structured acidity with a silky sweet mouthfeel and aftertaste. The texture of Desolate's roasting profile is always a treat making this a great introduction to Taiwan coffee! 

Taiwan coffee is exponentially improving every year and we are very happy to have picked this coffee up for this release. The yields are incredibly low from Taiwan making green coffee very rare.
